reconnected.

Cascading cable defective or not
properly plugged in.
Remove the obstacle. If this is not possible,
activate the container or shelf stop to avoid further
collisions.
Perform a reset.
Disconnect the power plug for 30 seconds.
Perform a reset.
Disconnect the power plug.
Check plug connection (control system motor
cable, column motor cable and, if applicable,
external safety sensor control system).
Plug in the power plug.
Perform a reset.
Disconnect the power plug for 30 seconds and
reconnect it.
Perform the reset again.
Contact support.
Disconnect the power plug.
Check the cabling, especially the cascading
cable; replace it if necessary.
Plug in the power plug again and perform the
cascading.
The
PowerFail Detection
detects power failures and saves all relevant data before the
voltage drops below a critical level. In a few exceptional cases, this save is not
possible. The next time the motor control system is turned on, E81 will be displayed,
and the motor control will click three times. To fix this error, a
manual reset
is
necessary.
If an error is indicated on the display which is not shown in this documentation, first
check all connections and perform an end position calibration. If the error message
reappears, contact our customer service.
