Load a tape in deck.

Select the tape transport direction.
Recording on TAPE

When recording is started, the tape is trans-
ported in the direction selected in this step.

Wind the tape to the position where recording is
to be started.
Note that this cassette deck cannot record onto Metal tapes.

Open the door of deck.
