The K E N W O O D E l e c t r o n i c V o l t m e t e r V T - 1 7 3 is an
absolute-mean value indication type a u t o m a t i c electronic
voltmeter which can measure A C voltage ranging f r o m
10Hz to 1MHz on the root-mean-square value scale.
It has a wide f u l l scale ranges covering f r o m 1mV to
300V and selects the optimum measurement range
a u t o m a t i c a l l y in accordance w i t h input level.
The measurement range can be fixed m a n u a l l y . F o r o n -
production-line use, a remote control unit (option) is
a v a i l a b l e .

due to excessive inputs.
b. A large-sized T a u t - b a n d meter has a high s e n s i t i v i t y
and r e l i a b i l i t y .
c. The number of adjusting t r i m m e r s are minimized
w i t h the use of the a m p l i f i e r s which are precisely
calculated in the open loop gains and are negative-
biased through m e t a l - f i l m resistors as accurate as 1 %.
The a m p l i f i e r c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s , therefore, are free f r o m
any secular change.
d. The input resistance is a s high as 10 M i l in
all
ranges and its parallel capacitance is 4 5 p F or lower.
e. The meter scales are graduated in the root-mean-
square values f o r sinusolidal waves. A l s o , the meter
has a d B and d B m scales convenient f o r measuring
relative values.

high-gain, wide-band a m p l i f i e r .
