The automatic memory function allow s you to store up to
40 stations using only one button.
The manual preset function allow s you to store stations
one at a time.
Use the automatic memory function first.

Sw itch to FM band.

Press and hold the M EM ORY key (for more than 2 seconds).
The tuner completes the scanning of frequencies in 5 minutes.
While scanning, "AUTO" and "M EM ORY" are displayed in turn.

Unless stations are stored w ith the automatic memory function,

PTY search w ill not w ork.

AR w ill not w ork w hen the automatic memory function is on.

Broadcast stations stored manually may be overw ritten.

Stations already stored in the preset memory may be replaced by
RDS
stations. (i.e., If the
RDS AUTO M EM ORY function finds 15 RDS sta-
tions, the stations currently preset at numbers 01- 15 are replaced by
the
RDS stations.)

If the antenna is replaced, you w ill have to reset the automatic memory
function.

Stored stations may be erased from the memory.
