Turning Repeat Play Function On/ Off:
Press the REP button to sw itch the repeat play function on and
off as follow s :

The REP indicator lights up w hen the repeat play function is
turned on.
The track number blinks in the display w hen the track repeat
function is on.
The disc number blinks in the display w hen the disc repeat
function is on.
Track / D isc Repeat Funct ion
D irect D isc Search
Using the remote control, make direct input of the disc num -
ber that you w ant to listen to.
Using the numeric buttons on the remote control, enter the
number of the disc that you w ant to listen to.
The selected disc number blinks in the display for 10 seconds.
If you make no further input in the 10-second period, the num -
ber entry mode w ill automatically be cancelled.
•
Input "0" to select disc #10.
•
If you enter more than tw o numbers all at once, a search w ill be
made only of the last number entered.
Press either the DISC
+
or DISC
–
button w hilst the number
inputted is blinking.
The disc specified in step 1 starts playing.
Cancelling Direct Disc Search During Its Operation:
Press the

Track Scan Funct ion
Successively play the beginning of each track on a disc until
you find the track that you w ant to listen to.
Turning Track Scan Function On/ Off:
Press the SCN button to sw itch the track scan function on and
off.
The SCN indicator lights up w hen the track scan function is
turned on.
The first 10 seconds of each track are played, and the tracks
are played in order.
The track number currently being heard blinks in the display.
Stopping to Listen to the Track Being Scanned:
Press the

or SCN button again to stop the scan and keep
on listening to a track normally.

The track scan function is cancelled w hen you stop playing a
disc.
•
The track scan function only scans each track on a disc once.
