Turn on the water tap and ensure it
is fully on.
Flow metre is broken.
Disconnect from the mains.
Disconnect the water inlet.

the flow metre are loose.

Drain hose is kinked or squashed.
Use the U-shaped drain hose holder
to secure your drain hose and to
avoid bending it.
Drain bump is broken or PCB is
faulty.
Disconnect from the mains.
