Installation overview
The antenna should be installed on the passenger side for
safety.
– Wait until the glass surface is completely
dry before proceeding.
– Warm the surface of the windscreen with
defroster if it is cold (during winter).

Remove the separator (tag I) of film
antenna

horizontally and paste the
antenna on the windscreen.

Do not touch the pasting surface (adhesive
side) of the film antenna

Remove the separator (tag II) of film
antenna

vertically and paste the
antenna on the windscreen.

Rub the film antenna gently onto the
windscreen in the direction of the arrow
shown to allow it to stick firmly.

Antenna installation

Remove the front pillar cover of your car.

Clean the windscreen with the supplied
cleaner

• The front pillar cover is secured with a special clip
which may need to be replaced when it is removed.
Contact your vehicle dealer for details on removing
the front pillar cover and availability of replacement
parts.

When installing the antenna cable inside
the front pillar with the air bag installed
• Install the amplifier unit

above the air bag so that
it does not obstruct the operation of the air bag.
