Clear from ROM correction data transfer processing mode
This function is used to transfer E2PROM data (ROM correction, security and other data) into the E2PROM of the backup mother in case of the
front-end failure and to transfer those data back into the front-end from the E2PROM of the backup mother after the replacement of the front-
end.
Refer to “ROM data transfer process” sheet for the details of the other security data.
