Set the TIM ER sw itch to REC.

Set the amplifier volume to the minimum position.

Refer to the 

"How  to use the M PX FILTER key".

To cancel, press the 

M PX FILTER key again.

Timer relay recording (CT-2050/KXF-W 6010 only)

Set the desired time w hen the recording is to be started.

÷

When the set time comes, the pow ers of the related components are
turned ON and recording starts.

Recording stops w hen the end of side to be recorded is reached.

÷

Read carefully the instruction manual of your audio timer.

Set the pow er sw itches of the compo-
nents to ON.

Set the input selector of the amplifier to
TUNER.

Receive the desired radio station w ith
the tuner.

M ake "Playback (recording) preparation".

(If relay recording is required, insert tapes
in both decks A and B.)

(Remove the disc from the CD player.)

1. To ensure that the cassette deck’s automatic shut off sw itch operates before the pow er is shut off, set the timer so that it operates for a little

longer than the playing time of the tape.

2. Sw itch on the pow er to the cassette deck. (The timer w ill not operate if it is sw itched off.)
