® POSITION
Rotation adjusts horizontal position of trace.
(§) FINE/PULL X 1 0 MAG control
FINE: Rotation becomes fine adjustment of horizontal
position of trace.
PULL X 1 0 MAG:
When pulled out, increases sweep time by 10
times.
# DELAY TIME MULT
Adjusts the start time of the B sweep to some delay time
after the start of A sweep. The delay time may be set to
values between 0.2 and 10 times the setting of the A
SWEEP TIME/DIV control.
@> HOLDOFF
Adjusts holdoff (trigger inhibit period beyond sweep dura-
tion). Clockwise rotation from the NORM position in-
creases holdoff time, up to 10 times at the MAX. position
(fully counterclockwise).
@) T R A C E SEPARATION:
Adjusts vertical separation between A sweep and B sweep
(control has effect only in the A L T of HORIZ. MODE).
Clockwise rotation increases separation; B sweep moves
down with respect to A sweep up to 4 divisions.

@) Z A X I S INPUT Jack
External intensity modulation input terminal.
Positive voltage decreases brightness, negative voltage in-
creases brightness.
® CH1
OUTPUT Jack
CH1 vertical output signal connector.
A C coupled output connector. This connector is used to
measure the frequency by connecting the frequency
counter. When the VOLTS/DIV control (2) is at 1 mV, fre-
quency measurement with the counter may not produce a
correct frequency display due to noise.
Then set the VOLTS/DIV to other range or rotate the
VARIABLE control (§) to other than C A L position for stable
operation. Do not connect CH1 OUTPUT to channel 2 input
as cascaded operation.
@ Fuse Holder, Line Voltage Selector
Contains the line fuse. Verify that the proper fuse is install-
ed when replacing the line fuse.
100 V, 120 V 1 A
2 2 0 V, 2 4 0 V 0.7 A
After pulling the power cord plug from the power outlet,
adjust this selector to your line voltage.
(fj) Power input connector
Input terminals of power supply. Connect the A C cord pro-
vided.
