Timer operation

As this unit incorporate the timer standby function, play-
back can be started at desired moment if a commercially
available audio timer is combined w ith this unit.

Set the pow er sw itches of the system compo-
nents to the ON positions.

The disc number can be selected directly by using the

DISC SELECTOR

and numeric keys in place of the

DISC SKIP keys.

Preparation

Load discs into the carousel.

Close the door panel.

Connect the system components so that
their pow er can be sw itched on by the timer.

Read the instruction manual of the timer
carefully.

Select the disc to be played.

Previous disc

Next disc

Within 8 seconds!

Select the disc number.

Play the disc.

Audio timer

To AC outlet

Amplifier or receiver

This unit

Audio cord

Set the listening volume.

Adjust the volume on the amplifier
or receiver.

Stop playback.

Set the timer for the desired ON time.

Set the TIM ER PLAY sw itch to ON.

Read the instruction manual of the timer carefully.

When the set time comes, playback w ill start automatically.
