9. Troubleshooting
Q:
There is a stripe at the edge of my image.
A:
Gently adjust the position of the slide holder until the stripe is no longer
visible on the preview. If the problem persists, please contact Kenro for
technical support.
Q:
The device cannot connect to my PC.
A:
If there is no power to the device, please check the connections at each
end of your USB cable to ensure that it is properly and firmly fitted to
both the scanner and the PC. If connections are firm and secure but the
problem persists, try a different USB port on your PC. It may help to use
a slot on the back that connects directly to the motherboard, rather than
the front panel. If there is power to the device, but the PC fails to
recognise it, follow the steps in section 8 (page 14). If the problem
persists, please contact Kenro for technical support.
