PROBLEM

The glass tray will not 

move.

PROBLEM

You do not hear the

programming or 

end-of-cycle tone.

CAUSE

  The glass tray is not correctly in place. It should be correct-side up 

and sitting firmly on the center hub.

  The support is not operating correctly. Remove the glass tray and 

restart the oven. If the hub still does not move, call Sears Service at 1-

800-4-MY-HOME

®

. Cooking without the glass tray can give you poor 

results.
