Installation of thermostat controller
Below please find the thermostat controller mounting shown step-by-step:
Selection of immersion sleeve
The user is responsible for selecting the correct conduit material. The selection depends
on the media, tank material, pressure, etc. Do not fill conduits with oil. The use of
heat-conductive pastes and similar when installing the filling pipe in a conduit is
prohibited.
Conduit made of CrNi-steel
Push
the
sensor
completely into the
immersion sleeve.

Attach the thermostat controller with its
integrated clip-on bulb on the rear as
closely and tightly as possible to the
mutual primary return flow (return-flow
between the Thermobox(es) and the
ThermoTank(s)).
The thermostat controller has a strap to
accomplish that. Find a way to strap it
around the piping to the controller in the
direction of flow before the 3-directional
valve so that the temperature sensor lies
on the rear directly on the pipe wall.
As an alternative, it is possible to remove
the temperature sensor from the bracket
on the rear, and to put it into an
immersion pocket which needs to be
created at the construction site. The
sensor cable is made available wound up
in the controller housing for this purpose.
