CARE AND CLEANING
Half-fill the blender container with warm water and add three tablespoons of vinegar essence to the
container. For even better e
ff
ect, you can add a teaspoon of baking soda. Leave the mixture to work for
about 2-3 hours. Then rinse well with water.
You can fill the blender jug up to half with warm water and add baking powder. Let the baking soda
work for about an hour, then rinse well with clear water.
Alternatively, you can fill the blender jug up to half with warm water and add two to three tablets of
denture cleanser. Let the denture cleaner work for about an hour, then rinse well with clear water.
For an environmentally friendly cleansing, use the juice of one lemon and two to three tablespoons of
baking soda or baking soda. Fill the container halfway with warm water and add the ingredients. Let the
blender run in PULSE mode for about 10 seconds. Then pour out the container and clean the inside
walls with a non-scratching soft sponge. Then rinse the container thoroughly with water.
METHODS OF REMOVING MIXTURES IN MIX CONTAINER
Please do not clean the TRITAN® mixing bowls in the dishwasher as the knives can not be removed
from the blender jug and the cleaning salts and rinse aid can permanently damage the TRITAN® bowls
and blades.
The blade insert would su
ff
er in the dishwasher because the blades are very sensitive to the acidic foods
and the salt-containing dishwashing detergents. They would be attacked in the long run.
In addition, flash rust, which can come loose from other metal parts in the dishwasher, can deposit on
the knives and damage them. Therefore, carefully clean the blades after use with warm water and mild
detergent.
The raw material TRITAN® is a modern, high quality and very durable material that can be cleaned well
even at high temperatures up to 100 ° C.
IS THE CONTAINER DISHWASHER SAFE?
A cleaning in the dishwasher can cause premature stress cracks. We therefore recommend cleaning
by hand and not in the dishwasher.
The dishwashing detergent and the brightener cause gradual degradation of the polymer, which is
associated with a reduction in mechanical strength.
The use of strong cleaning agents and, in particular, rinse aid can greatly reduce the number of
cleaning cycles since unsuitable cleaning agents can severely impair the plastic's mechanical
strength. Too high a level of detergent or too high a concentration of alkalis can also cause cracks
prematurely.
Always use a gentle cleaning agent and clean the containers by hand under running water with a
mild detergent. In general, the cleaning agents should be adapted to the TRITAN®, so that there are
no premature stress cracks. Rinse the containers greenish with clear water.
