BELT ADJUSTMENT
BELT GUARD
CHECK BELT TENSION REGULARLY
The belt should move 20 mm under pressure (see figure below).
Re-tighten the pulley bolts at regular intervals.
To keep the clamp bushing in place while replacing belt or
pulley:
•
Loosen and remove 3 bolts from the pulley.
•
Insert them in the threaded holes on the clamp bush-
ing. (See marked holes in the illustration.)
•
Then remove the remaining bolts.
•
Replace belt/pulley and then reassemble all bolts.
•
Tighten and check the belt tension, and adjust if
necessary.
CHECK AND TIGHTEN V-BELT AFTER ONE HOUR OF OPERATION!
