Check that all flails are intact and firmly in position.  
Adjust the support roller and check that is in the correct position. 
Check the drive belts and tighten if necessary.

Check the roller.  
Check the tension of the drive belts.  
Check the flails.

Vibrations

Check the flails.

Never use worn, cracked or repaired shackles when replacing blades. Replace with new ones.
