WARNING
- The combustion engine produces
exhaust fumes containing carbon
monoxide, a toxic gas.
Never use the machine in a sealed or
closed area.
Only operate in a well-ventilated area.
- Check for leakage/spills.
Do not start the engine if fuel has been
spilt from the fuel tank.
REFILLING WITH FUEL
- Always stop the engine and allow it to cool down before filling the fuel tank.
- Never remove the cap on the fuel tank or add fuel while the engine is running or when the
engine is warm.
- Do not use the machine if there are leaks in the fuel system.
- Loosen the fuel tank cap slowly to reduce the pressure in the tank.
- Never overfill the fuel tank. Since the engine’s heat can cause the fuel to expand, never fill
the tank more than 12 mm below the bottom of the filler neck. This provides space for fuel
expansion.
We recommend you use alkylate petrol
.
- Wipe any spilt fuel with a clean cloth.
- If you accidentally spill fuel on yourself or your clothes, wash your skin and change your
clothes immediately.
- Refuelling should only be done outdoors.
- Never use the machine without the tank cap screwed on.
Prevent inhalation of toxic gases
Exhaust fumes contain toxic substances, therefore never use the machine in
poorly ventilated spaces. Not for indoor use.
