Symbol Description
Invalid Operation A Save operation may have been attempted while the instrument was in tracking, series, or
parallel mode. A tracking, parallel, or series setup cannot be saved in setup memory.
A Recall operation may have been attempted while the instrument was in tracking, series, or
parallel mode. The recall function is disabled in these modes.
Over Temperature... An internal over-temperature has been detected and the outputs have been turned off. Check
to make sure ambient temperature does not exceed the operating temperature speci
fi cation
of the instrument, and insure the fan has suf fi cient clearance. Allow the instrument to cool
down and press any button to clear the error. If the message occurs repeatedly, return the
instrument to Keithley for service.
