You cannot send or receive some data from some A1402Ss even if the other A1402S

you are communicating with is equipped with the infrared data exchange feature.

The infrared data exchange feature of the A1402S sometimes does not transmit

properly if the A1402S is used in direct sunlight, under fluorescent lighting or near other

equipment that emits infrared rays.

Procedure

Use your A1402S within 20 cm of another A1402S. Also, keep your A1402S pointed at the

infrared port of the other A1402S and do not move your A1402S until data has finished being

sent or received.
