Placing a call to a landline telephone
Enter the phone number starting with the area code.
Placing a call to a mobile phone, car phone, or PHS
Always enter the whole (11-digit) phone number.
How to Place a Call
Add "184" before the phone number: Your phone number is not displayed for the
receiver.
Add "186" before the phone number: Your phone number is displayed for the
receiver.
Add nothing:
The call is placed in accordance with the
Number Notice (Caller ID) setting.
Press

Add'l#
) on the left side of the screen to add "184" or "186".
