Place wood base on a level surface.
STEP 1
The base is pre-grooved for back and side panels. Set the two back
panels (Q) into the grooves at a 90 degree angle.
Attach the two panels using two "L" brackets (B) along the vertical corner.
Place an "L" bracket (B) on the inside of glass panels and align with
holes. Insert 7/8" bolt (
I
) into plastic sleeve (H) then slide both through
pre-drilled hole from the outside of the glass (Fig. 1).
Screw bolt through bracket and slide plastic tube (F) over end of bolt.
Repeat this for each of the "L" brackets.
STEP 2
Attach back glass panels to the base, using four "L" brackets on the inside
of the glass panel and align with holes at bottom of each panel. Insert 1/2"
bolt (J) into plastic sleeve (H) then slide both through pre-drilled hole from
the outside of the glass and screw into
top
hole of bracket (Fig. 2).
Repeat step 2 for all four brackets along the bottom, using only the top
hole. DO NOT attach bracket to wood base until side glass panels have
been installed (STEP 4).
