Our products are for internal use only – do not install outside restaurants, shops.
. to read the temperature inside the appliance. to indicate the temperature
inside the appliance. By pushing once the button "SET or P" it is possible to see the set temperature,
which can be modified by pushing on the button "UP" or "DOWN" (see picture 5).
The
room temperature does not exceed that in which the appliance is designed to work normally, i.e. +25°C
R.H.60% (climatic class 3).
. . Unscrew the screws fixing the protection lamp and remove it .
. Detach the fluorescent tube from the lamp holder, following the arrow direction Replace the new
lamp proceeding in reverse order (see picture 6).
Switch off the appliance. Remove diffusor (G) by pushing it sideways. Remove lamp (H). Take
the tube out of the lamp socket (I). Replace the fluorescent tube. Reassemble by following the above
instructions in reverse order (see figure 6).

The controls of tha appliance are situated at the front,inside a protected recess. . to
switch on the light inside the appliance. . to switch on the refrigeration system.
. The plug is connected. . The refrigeration unit switch is on (green light lit up).
. The door is closed. .The internal temperature, after about one hour, is suitable for the foodstuffs be
stored in. . The appliance is not exposed to the direct light of the sun or high powered lamps. .
The compressor ventilation grilles are free from obstruction for at least 10
cm. . The foodstuffs are placed on the shelves in the right way (max 5 kgs for each shelf), in order to
ensure a good circulation fo the cool air.
. Switch off electricity supply. . Open the door and remove the displayed foodstuffs.
. Let the evaporator defrost,stopping the functioning for about 1 hour. . Wipe the internal surfaces and
the accessories of the appliance with a sponge dipped in water with a little bicarbonate of soda. Dry with
care.
