Ensure that the current and frequency of the mains supply are the same as those indicated on the label
(A) attached on the back of the appliance.
Ensure that the supply socket has the following
characteristics:
Ensure that
there is no danger of explosion (AD).
The supply cable to the appliance is H05 VVF, designed for
internal use.
Insert the plug into the socket (do not use triple or adapter).
If during transport or
storage, the appliance has been erroneously placed in horizontal position or upside-down, leave it in the
correct vertical position for at least 3 hours before connecting it to the electrical supply (See picture 4).
The appliance is supplied with adjusting controls situated in a protected panel on the front side.

The appliance is plugged in. . The refrigeration unit switch is switched on with the
green light lit up.
Make sure the water supply is efficient
The thermometer
shows a suitable temperature for the goods to be stored
. . The appliance is not
exposed to the direct light of the sun or high powered lamps. . The ambient temperature does not
exceed that in which the appliance is designed to work normally, i.e.+25°C U.R. 60% (climatic class 3).
.There are no air currents from doors, windows, ventilators or air conditioner pipes, going to the inside of
the appliance. . After a few minutes, ice starts to come out of the nozzle (model Fishing only).
cover the bottom of the tank with enough ice to ensure the
preservation of the foodstuffs contained in it.
. Switch off the electrical. . Remove goods and store in another suitably refrigerated place kept at the
same temperature. . Remove the ice from the bottom of the tank. . Remove the plug from the bottom of
the tank (model Fishing only).
Open the tap placed on the back of the appliance (model Bahia only).
. Wipe walls and accessories with a soft sponge dipped in water and a little baking soda.
Carefully dry
everything and return everything to its initial position before starting up the appliance once again.
Switch off the electrical.
Remove the protection grille placed on the back of the appliance.
. Periodically (depending on the hardness of the water) empty the tank of water and fill with a de-scaling
detergent, leaving to soak as indicated on the product package, then rinse well, making the unit run to
remove the ice produced until the product used has been completely eliminated. . Replace everything in
reverse order (See picture 6).
a) It is properly earthed. b) It is appropriate for the nominal current as set out on the rating
plate. c) It complies with the IEC regulations: magnetothermic differential switch (circuit breaker) with In =
nominal value as stated on the rating plate. Differential switch with sensitivity Id = 30 mA.
