Note
Due to the monitoring of the stage resonance frequency, it is possible to use the
Locking mode.
4.10.2 Stage resonance frequency monitoring
A stage is only locked from further use if it enters the critical range (resonance frequency) due to capacitance
loss. To unlock the stage, go to the Menu
Stage administration, submenu Mode
(3.10.1)
1. Evaluating the resonance frequency:
a) Detuning 5.5%, 7% or 8% (5th harmonic is critical)
If the resonance frequency is bigger than 89% of the 5th harmonic, the warning threshold is
exceeded.
If the resonance frequency is bigger than 93% of the 5th harmonic, the alarm threshold is exceeded.
b) Detuning 12.5% or 14% (3rd harmonic is critical)
If the resonance frequency is bigger than 96% of the 3rd harmonic, the warning threshold is
exceeded.
If the resonance frequency is bigger than 97% of the 3rd harmonic, the alarm threshold is exceeded.
