EXTERNAL 100 V AUDIO SIGNAL ON STUDIO
CHANNEL (OPTIONAL FEATURE)
If you decide for a connection to a 100 V audio
system, you will need a transformer (KBL no.: 9100
0170 00) for the transmission of the audio signal.
This connection must be made by trained service
staff.

Level adjustment studio music
The voice / audio system components are installed in
the back part of the tower. The potentiometer which
serves to adjust the external audio signal level is
accessible through a maintenance hatch on the left
hand side of the tower. To avoid overdrive, select
the level adjustment accordingly. The level setting
depends on the strength of the external signal and
should be carried out by a service engineer.
External Players
A line connection has been integrated into in the head
area near the interior display so that the user can con-
nect his or her own player such as an MP3 player, an
iPod, etc. Use a standard 3.5mm jack cable (included if
the music option has been ordered). Connect the jack
plug to the earphone jack of your player. Then select
”MP3 ext.” as the audio source from the control
panel of the tanning device before you start play-
ing your own tracks from the player. The tracks
can only be selected via the user’s own play-
er. The volume can be controlled via the control
panel of the tanning device and also via the corre-
sponding operating elements provided by the user’s
player.
