Limited Warranty
KaZAM Limited Liability Company warrants to the original retail purchaser of the
KaZAM Bicycle that should the KaZAM Bicycle or any part thereof be proven defec
-
tive in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase,
such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge
for parts or labor.
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product should
be delivered, postage prepaid, to the Company at KaZAM LLC, 916 Abingdon
Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451, along with proof of the date of purchase. Log on
to www.kazambikes.com to obtain information regarding the proper procedure for
return of your product. This warranty is valid in the USA only.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DOES
NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT OR PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN DAM-
AGED THROUGH ALTERATION, MISHANDLING, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACCI-
DENT, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OR STORAGE, OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY MAKES NO EXPRESS WAR-
RANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MER-
CHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED
IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY
CONTAINED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDI-
RECTLY FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts
or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
For your records, save your original sales receipt with this manual. Also, save
original packaging in case of warranty related shipping.

La garantia limitada de KaZAM al comprador al por menor original de la bicicleta KaZAM
