② Power cable system connection
Power cable system connection depends on the forms of communication between the IDU and ODU.
For the HyperLink communication form, IDUs are allowed to have independent power supplies. For other
communication forms, IDUs should be provided with uniform power supplies.

When the IDUs are provided with independent power supplies, the IDUs in the same refrigerant system
should be V8 IDUs*, and the communication between IDUs and ODU adopts a HyperLink with an
independent power supply.
This connection method has the function of an independent power supply, so in the same refrigerant
system, the number of IDUs must not exceed 30 sets, and a maximum of only two repeaters may be
installed*.
One repeater shall be added for every 10 IDUs or a communication distance of 200m added.
