Fitting the handlebars
Fig. 1: Slide the steering tube downward over the front fork. If it does not fit, loosen all 3 attachment
bolts slightly using the 5 mm Allen key included with the scooter.
Fig. 2: Push the steering tube the way down so that the lower edge lies against the upper nuts of
the frame. Check that the handlebars are straight before tightening!
Fig. 3: Check that the front wheel is straight in relation to the footplate when the arrow on the front
fork points forwards. Hold the front wheel still and adjust the steering tube so that the angle to the
footplate/wheel is correct.
Fig. 4: Tighten the attachment bolts using the Allen keys until the steering tube is securely in position.
MAINTENANCE
Ball bearings
The kick scooter is equipped with precision ball bearings that are filled with lubricant under high
pressure during the manufacturing process. This enables the wheels to rotate freely when the scooter
is under load. The ball bearings are maintenance-free. If a ball bearing stops working, it must
be replaced.
