Please check the following inspection items from time to time, and perform maintenance and replace
consumable parts as necessary. Wear appropriate protective equipment such as helmets and gloves
when working.
８．１ Daily inspection

In order to discover abnormalities early, it is important to get to know a daily change.
We recommend to keep journal operation diary for that purpose.

Motor surface
Dust or oil, etc., adhering to the surface are cleaned.
Blower section
Check whether the air performance has dropped.
Be careful when using solvent or similar to clean the blower. Inappropriate use of solvent may result
in poisoning. Futhermore, thinner and/or benzene may change or discoloration of blower painting.
８．３ Consumable parts

Please request the replacement of parts by referring to the guideline for replacement.

secondary side of the blower.

Trouble shooting
● If the blower does not run, or if there are any abnormalities, stop operation immediately and
turn the power OFF, lock it. Contact your dealer or designated service center for inspection
and repairs.
●Always turn the power OFF, lock it, and ensure that no power is being supplied to the blower
before starting maintenance service. Failure to observe this could result in electric shocks
or injuries.
●The product must never be disassembled, repaired or modified by any person other than a qualified
repair technician. Improper repairs could lead to electric shocks, fires or air leaks.
