2) ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before attempting to assemble the CA18 digital piano, ensure that all parts are included.
A Phillips-head screwdriver will also be required to assemble the unit (not included).

Back Panel (B) ..............................................1 pc.
Pedal Board (C) ............................................1 pc.
Front Under Board (D) ..................................1 pc.
Bolt (E) ........................................................ 8 pcs.
Bolt (F) ........................................................ 6 pcs.
Screw (G) .................................................. 14 pcs.
Adjuster (H) ...................................................1 pc.
Headphone hook set

Tapping screw ........................................ 2 pcs.
ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE
1.
Insert the Adjuster (H) on the bottom of Pedal Board (C).
Untie the connection cord from the Pedal Board and pull it
out.
Fasten Side Panel (A) and Pedal Board (C) with fi ve screws
(G) on either side.
Ensure that the bolts are fastened tightly.
Use the correct side panel for the left side and the right side
of the unit.
Ensure that the pedal cable is not caught between the
assembled parts.
2.
Fasten Back Panel (B) and Side Panel (A) with two Bolts (E)
on either side.
3.
Fasten Back Panel (B) and Side Panel (A) to the Pedal Board
(C) with four Screws (G).

Ensure that this section is read thoroughly before attempting to assemble the CA18 digital piano, and
that two or more people work on unit assembly.
y
When moving the CA18 digital piano, ensure that hands are not caught in the unit, and that the piano
is not dropped on an individual’s feet.
