4 Start up and shut down | 4.1 Checking the amount of water

▶

Cool the dental bur or diamond grinder via the external and/or internal
feed, if available. The supply can take place individually or via a coupling
piece.

▶

During surgical interventions, comply with the necessary precautions re-
garding cooling.

▶

Use physiological, sterile cooling fluid.

▶

Ensure that the coolant supply is free of air.
