- Due o stagnation, the water and air ducts in treatment units are
to be flushed or blown out when the unit is operated for the first
time and after periods of standstill (after the weekend, after a
holiday, vacation, etc,).
- Replace the water tanks of the spray and assepto sys, when the
validity date indicated on them expires.
- Discconnect the unit main switch (supply electrical net), daily,
before leaving the office.
- Close the water general register (supply water net), daily,
bebore leaving the office.
- Close the air general register (supply air net), daily, before the
iterruption of equipment operation for longer time.
They should be requested from authorized technical assistance
network. The expenses arising from thee services are not
covered by the warranty.
- Check/redo the adjustment of the air pressure propelling the
instruments.
- Verify the instrument spray.
- Clean the metallic screen in the water input connection, in the
distribution box.
- Change the filtering element of the air filter, in the distribution
box.
- Check/redo the adjustment of the valves regulating the static
pressure of air input and pressurization of the tanks.
- Check/adjust the water outflow to the glass.
- Check/adjust the water outflow to the equipment syringe.
- Check/adjust the outflow of air and water to the suction system
syringe.
- Change the o-rings of the triple syringe pointer.
- Check/adjust the outflow of air and water to the spray.
- Verify the stability of the equipment.
- Verify the correct movement of the equipment components.
- Verify the stability and perfect mechanical status of the
articulated arms.
- Verify the braking systems.
- Verify the stop systems, limiting the chair movements.
- Verify the perfect connection of hoses in terminals.
- Handpiece tubings must be visually checked in regular intervals
and replaced if damaged.
The Assepto system has the function to disinfect the inner water
tubing of the instruments hoses (except syringe) by means of
disinfectant solution action through the tubing. The reservoir (20),
capacity of 0,50 liter, is located under the suction unit table.
- Unscrew the reservoir from its connection under the suction unit
table;
- Fill the reservoir with disinfectant solution. We recommend
disinfectants with a peracetic acid base ( 4 g of peracetic acid + 26
g of hydrogen peroxide for each 100 g of solution);
- Thread the reservoir (bottle) to its connection again only with the
hands, enough to lean the bottleneck on the sealing rubber. After
putting back the reservoir, the heard noise is not caused by air
leakage, but by the pressurisation of the reservoir.
- The excessive tightening causes damage to the sealing set.
- After refilling and putting back the reservoir, drive an instrument
with spray for some seconds to allow the air to go out the tubings.

To feed it:
Observe the expiration date of the bottle on its label. Do
not use after this date.
It is not allowed to put hot water in the bottle or put the
bottle in the microwave or any type of heating.
- A causa de estancamiento se tienen que enjuagar o soplar
conductos, que llevan spray, en aparatos de tratamiento a la hora de
la primera puesta en marcha o después de periodos de parada (fin
de semana, días festivos, vacaciones, etc.).
- Sustituir los reservorios de agua del spray y Assepto sys, en el
momento del vencimiento de su plazo de validez, indicado en los
mismos.
- Desconectar la llave general del equipo (alimentación eléctrica)
diariamente después del trabajo.
- Cerrar el registro general de la red de alimentación de agua,
diariamente después del trabajo.
- Cerrar el registro general de la red de alimentación de aire, cuando
el equipo deje de se empleado durante un tiempo prolongado.
Deberán ser solicitadas a la red de asistencia técnica autorizada.
Los gastos generados como consecuencia de estos servicios no
son cubiertos por la garantía.
- Verificar/rehacer la regulación de la presión del aire de propulsión
de los instrumentos.
- Verificar el spray de los instrumentos.
- Limpiar el tejido metálico en la conexión de entrada de agua, en la
caja de distribución.
- Cambiar el elemento filtrante del filtro de aire, en la caja de
distribución.
- Verificar/rehacer regulación de las válvulas reguladoras de
presión estática de entrada de aire y presurización de los
reservorios.
- Verificar/ajustar la salida de agua para el vaso.
- Verificar/ajustar salida de agua para la jeringa del equipo.
- Verificar/ajustar salida de aire y agua para la jeringa de la suctora.
- Cambiar los o-rings de la puntera de la jeringa triple.
- Verificar/ajustar la salida de aire y agua para el spray.
- Verificar la estabilidad del equipamiento.
- Verificar el correcto movimiento de los componentes del
equipamiento.
- Verificar la estabilidad y perfecto estado mecánico de los brazos
articulados.
- Verificar sistemas de frenado.
- Verificar sistemas de fin de curso, limitadores de los movimientos
de la silla.
- Verificar el perfecto enganche de mangueras en terminales.
El sistema Assepto Sys tiene la función de realizar la desinfección
del conductor interno del agua de las mangueras de las piezas de
mano (excepto la jeringa) por el acción de solución desinfectante. El
reservatorio (20), con capacidad para 0,5 litro, está localizado bajo
la mesa de la unidad de succión.
- Desroscar el reservatorio de su conexión bajo lamesa del unidad
suctora;
- Llenar el reservatorio con solución desinfectante. Recomendamos
desinfectantes a base de ácido peracético ( 4 g de ácido peracético
+ 26 g de peróxido de hidrógeno para cada 100 g de solución);
- Roscar nuevamente el reservatorio (botella) a su conexión,
solamente con los manos, lo suficiente para encostar el gollete en
la goma de veda.
Después de recolocado el reservatorio, el ruido que se escucha por
algunos segundos no es causado por vaciamiento de aire, pero por
la presurización del reservatorio.
- El aprieto excesivo le provoca daños al conjunto de veda;
- Después del reabastecimiento y recolocación del reservatorio,
accionar un instrumento con spray por algunos segundos para que
el aire pueda salir de las tuberías.

Abastecimiento del reservatorio
Observar la fecha de vencimiento de la botella en su
etiqueta. No utilizar después de esta fecha.
No se debe colocar agua caliente en la botella o poner la
botella en el microondas o cualquier tipo de calefacción.
