Function test

▶ Insert a tool (cutter or grinder) and turn it radially by hand in different direc‐

tions, applying slight thumb pressure, to precisely align the O-rings.

▶ Start the medical device.

▶ Perform a test run under axial and radial load.

▶ Tighten the cover again applying a torque of 100 Ncm ± 6 Ncm.

Note
If the unit runs poorly or heats up in untypical manner, please return the entire

turbine contra-angle handpiece to KaVo for testing.
