reserves the right to modify the features both technical
and aesthetical, any time and without notice.

5. Fader: by moving the linear control “FADER” (36)
will permit you to introduce an effect of surrounding
fading between the audio channels connected to inputs
“CH3”(40) and “CH4”(41) of the mixer. Generally the
“FADER” (36) control is left in central position. This
mixer is equipped with a removable fader that can be
easilly unscrewed and replaced without  welding.
6. Monitor†(CUE): connecting a headphone to the
“PHONES”(18) jack and moving the switch (12) on
“PFL”, you can check any input you have chosen by
pressing the  “PFL” switch (14) of each channel but if
it is on “OUTPUT” you will heard the result of mixing.
The reception level in headphone is adjustable by
control (35). Instead of the headphone, to the input
“PHONES” (18) could be connected other measure
instruments as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers,
diagram indicators etc.
7. Scratch†: acting on “SCRATCH” (16) button you will
immediately stop the output “X and Y” an will obtain the
“SCRATCH” effect that will enrich your mixing.
8. OUTPUT controls: “X and Y”(42) are the adjustments
that controls the output of the mixer. All mixed signals
combine themselves in one only output signal which
level will be adjusted by the "X and Y" (42) sliders before
reaching your amplifier or recorder.
Acting on “X or Y” button (13) you will control by
V-METERS  (11) the chosen stereo channel before

reaching the amplifiers.  Any level differences between
the stereo channels, must be adjusted acting on the
controls of balancing of the apparatus connected to the
inputs of the mixer.

WARNINGS

1. Avoid to open the apparatus without the due
precautions, necessary to avoid electric shocks.
Repairs must be done by skilled personnel.
2. Do not expose to the sun or to heat sources such as
stoves and radiators, for long periods. If the apparatus
is left off for a long period, disconnect it from the
network, when in use again turn on for few seconds, off
for about 5 minutes before switching- on definitely.
3. Clean only with a damp cloth, avoiding detergents or
solvents.
4. Check with care the connections between the mixer
and the other apparatus; incorrect connections or
shielding with defects can cause buzzings. Try to avoid
that the mixer be near electric noise sources, as neon
lamps, reactors, motors, etc.
5. Handle the controls with care without rough
movements, do not drop or strike the set.
6. Please check the input and output level thorugh the
VU-METER (11) to avoid distorsions in mixing.
