Cleaning the microfiber wipe
cover
1. Remove the microfiber wipe cover
from the wiping attachment.
2. Wash the microfiber wipe cover un-
der running water.
3. The microfiber wipe cover can be al-
ternatively cleaned in a washing ma-
chine at temperatures of up to 140
°F (60 °C).
Observe the following instructions on
caring for the device:
Do not use liquid softeners.
Do not bleach the microfiber wipe
cover.
Do not dry the microfiber wipe cover
in a dryer.
Do not iron the microfiber wipe cov-
er.
Cleaning the squeegee blade
and coarse dirt scraper
1. Pull the squeegee blade sideways
out of the suction nozzle.
2. Clean the squeegee blade and
coarse dirt scraper under running
water.
3. Push the squeegee blade into the
support on the suction nozzle after
drying.
Troubleshooting guide
The device is not working
The device is not charged.
Charge the device.
The device is defective.
Contact the Service department.
The spray bottle is not working
There is no detergent in the spray bot-
tle.
Fill the spray bottle with detergent.
The pump mechanism in the spray bot-
tle is defective.
Contact the Service department.
Streaks occur during the cleaning
process.
To prevent the formation of streaks,
see chapter Starting operation.
