Lower the brush.

Turn off the appliance.

Separate the couplings.

Raise the brush manually and unhook
the wire rope.

Swing the safety pin forward and pull it
out.

Lift off the sweeping system.
Note
If the water tank had got completely empty,
then it is necessary to deaerate the spray
water system after the tank has been filled
up.

Open the valve until bubble free water
comes out.

Now close the valve.

3 Water filter

Close valve.

Unscrew the covering nut.

Pull out the hose.

Open valve.

Drain water.

Reattach the union joint to the filter and
tighten it.
In case of danger of frost:

Open the valve and switch the brush
water supply on for a few seconds.

Store the appliance with the valve open.

Close valve.

Unscrew the covering nut.

Unscrew the filter cup from the filter
casing.

Clean the filter inlay.

Open valve.

Install the filter cup on the filter casing
and tighten it.

Reattach the union joint to the filter and
tighten it.

Open valve.

Unscrew the covering nut.

Pull out the spray nozzle.

Clean the spray nozzle.

Lower the suction opening.

Pull the hose out of the holder toward
the top.

Pull the nozzle holder out of the suction
opening.
Note:
Do not transpose the spray nozzles, the
front nozzle has a different bore diameter.

Pull out the spray nozzle.

Clean the spray nozzle.
1 Running roller
2 Fastening nut

Remove the fastening nuts of the run-
ning rollers.

Replace the running rollers.

Replace the fastening nuts of the run-
ning rollers.

Adjust the running rollers in such a way
that the suction lip has a floor clearance
between 0 and 1 mm all around.

Tighten the fastening screws.
Remove the sweeping unit
(for sweepers).
Ventilate the spray water system
(for sweepers).
Empty the water reservoir
(for sweepers).
Clean the water filter (for sweepers)
Cleaning the spray nozzles on the
side-brushes (for sweepers)
Rinse the spray nozzles in the suction
opening (for sweepers).
Replace the suction opening rollers
(for sweepers)
