6. Check the underside of the device and the blade for 

blockages. Be careful when removing blockages be-
cause the blade can move while doing this.

Replacing the blade

1. Remove the battery pack (see Chapter 

 Removing 

the battery pack

).

2. Clean the underside of the device (see Chapter ).
3. Lock the blade and then loosen the screw.

Troubleshooting guide

Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can 
remedy yourself using the following overview. When in 
doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned 
here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.

The device switches off

The device overload protection system has triggered.
1. Release the ON/OFF switch.
2. Press the start button and the ON/OFF switch.
The battery pack overheating protection has triggered.
1. Wait until the battery pack temperature lies within 

the normal range.

2. Charge the battery pack if the device cannot be 

switched on.

company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty 
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
