Troubleshooting guide
Malfunctions often have simple causes that
you can remedy yourself using the follow-
ing overview. When in doubt, or in the case
of malfunctions not mentioned here, please
contact your authorised Customer Service.
Troubleshooting
Before doing any work on the appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Unplug the power cable.
Appliance is not running
1. Pull on the lever of the trigger gun to
switch the appliance on.
2. Check whether the voltage indicated on
the type plate corresponds to the voltage
of the mains supply.
3. Check whether the power cable is dam-
aged.
Appliance does not start, motor
hums
Voltage reduction due to weak power sup-
ply or when using an extension cable.
1. When switching on the appliance, pull
the lever of the trigger gun, and then
switch on the appliance.
Appliance does not have sufficient
pressure
1. Check the water supply for adequate de-
livery rate.
2. Pull out the sieve from the water connec-
tion using flat-nose pliers, and clean the
filter under the running water.
3. Appliance ventilation:
a Disconnect the high-pressure hose.
b Switch the appliance on, and operate
the appliance (max. 2 minutes) until
the water exits the high-pressure con-
nection without bubbles.
c Switch the appliance off.
d Reconnect the high-pressure hose to
the appliance.
Strong pressure fluctuations
1. Clean the high-pressure nozzle:
a Remove the dirt / dust from the nozzle
bore using a needle.
b Apply water to the front of the nozzle
bore to rinse it through.
2. Check the water flow quantity.
Appliance is leaking
Slight leakage from the appliance pump
is normal. If the leakage increases,
please contact the next authorised cus-
tomer service site.

The warranty conditions issued by our rele-
vant sales company apply in all countries.
We shall remedy possible malfunctions on
your appliance within the warranty period
free of cost, provided that a material or
manufacturing defect is the cause. In a war-
ranty case, please contact your dealer (with
the purchase receipt) or the next author-
ised customer service site.
