Insert the brush roller and ensure that it sits
properly.

While assembling it, make sure that the strut
parts lock into each other.

Assemble both strut parts.

Mount handle onto crank.
!
Insert the entire strut with the locking button
into the joint on the appliance.

The battery has not yet been inserted in the ap-
pliance at the time of delivery. Please charge
and insert prior to appliance startup.

Insert the charger delivered with the appli-
ance into a proper socket.
!
Insert the charging device plug into the
charging connection on the removed battery.

If the operating display is illuminated, the
charging process will start. The charging
time for an empty battery is approx. 14
hours.

We recommend unplugging the charging
plug and the charger after the charging proc-
ess is complete.

Insert the battery into the intake until it locks.
!
Press the release on the bottom (groove)
and pull the battery out.

Switch on the appliance; press the on/off foot
switch to do so.

Move the appliance forward and backward to
clean it.

Use the right side for cleaning close to the
edge.
Note
: The appliance is equipped with a total dis-
charge protection, which will turn off the appli-
ance after approx. 30 minutes when the battery
becomes low. In such a case you would need to
fully charge the battery.

breaks; there is a stopper that that holds it in

The dirt container can be removed in 2 ways:
1) Hold the appliance up at the strut with one
hand and unlock the dirt container.
2) Place the appliance on the floor and unlock
the dirt container.

Unlock the dirt container and remove it.
!
Empty the dirt container.
!
Insert and lock into place the dirt container.
!
Switch off the appliance when finished.
!
Empty dirt container after each cleaning.

Charge the battery if required.

Store the appliance in a dry room.

The appliance can be stored upright on its
back.

Remove the battery prior to any care and main-
tenance work.

Wipe the appliance using a damp cloth. Do
not use any aggressive agents, such as
cleaning powder.
