Danger

the type plate corresponds to the volt-
age of the socket.

Unsuitable extension cables can be
hazardous. Only use extension cables
outdoors which have been approved for
this purpose and labelled with a suffi-

tion of the appliance.

Connect the hose to the water tap.

Never operate the high pressure cleaner
when the tap is closed because dry running
can damage the high pressure pump.

– Use Kärcher products only.
– Under no circumstances fill solvents
(petrol, aceton, diluting agent etc.)
– Avoid eye and skin contact.
– Observe safety and handling instruc-
tions by the detergent manufacturer.
– For considerate treatment of the envi-
ronment use detergent economically.
– The detergent must be suitable for the
surface to be cleaned.
Recommended detergents:
– RM 31 ASF
– RM 55 ASF
– RM 81 ASF

Insert the detergent suction hose into
an external detergent container.
Î
Fill/replace empty detergent container.
Î
Remove exchange nozzle.
Î
Switch on the appliance and let it run
until the water exiting from the spray
pipe is bubble-free.
Î
Switch off the appliance and fit the noz-
zle again.

Do not use the appliance when there
are other persons around unless they
are also wearing safety equipment.

The jet must not be directed by the user
at him/herself or at other persons to
clean clothing or footwear.

Do not drive over the main cable or the
high pressure hose.

Warning
The handgun is subjected to a recoil force
when the water jet is discharged. Make
sure that you have a firm footing. Hold the
handgun and spray lance firmly.

Open tap.

Plug in the main plug.

Set the appliance switch to "I".
Î
Unlock the hand wheel on the hand
spray gun by turning it and pull lever.
Î
Turn the knurled nut of the detergent
nozzle in an anti-clockwise direction un-
til it stops. Detergent is suctioned with
low pressure.

Pull the detergent suction hose out of
the detergent container.

Turn filter on the detergent suction hose
in order to dispense the detergent.
