Decommissioning
Please heed the following if
sweeper is not to be used for a
lengthy period.
Stand sweeper on a flat surface
Lift side brushes, in order not to
damage the bristles
Remove the ignition key
Safeguard the sweeping machine
from rolling away
Fill the fuel tank completely and
close the fuel tap
Change the engine oil
If frost is expected, drain-off the
cooling water or make sure that it
contains sufficient anti-freeze
agent
Clean inside and outside of
sweeper
Empty water container and pipe
system
Disconnect the batteries and
charge at intervals of 2 months
Transport
Transport instructions
Warning!
When it is transported the machine
must be secured against dislocation.
Apply parking brake
Secure machine to the ring bolts
with tension belts, ropes or
chains
Secure the machine with wedges
on the wheels
Transport ring FRONT
Transport ring BACK
Cleaning and maintenance
Stand sweeper on a flat surface.
Lift suction orifice and side
brushes.
Apply parking brake.
Raise swept material container.
Shut-off the engine.
Remove the ignition key.
Cleaning
Danger!
Wear safety goggles!
Pull out safety split pins
Lower safety supports on left and
right and secure with split pin
Open container cover fully
Pull out safety split pins
Lift off container cover supports
on the frame and hang up on the
refuse container
Secure with safety cotter pin
Clean coarse dirt from the refuse
container with scraper
Clean refuse container with
Kärcher high-pressure cleaner
Clean built-up surfaces from the
fan conduit with Kärcher high-
pressure cleaner
