My phone heats up during use:
If you use features or apps that require more power, or use them for an extended period of time,
your device may heat up temporarily due to increased battery consumption. Close running
applications and stop using the device for a while.
Check that the device has been updated with the latest software.
Conflicts between apps running in the background can cause the device to overheat.
Restart the device.
Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth if you're not using them.
Close apps that increase battery consumption or run in the background, if you're not using
them.
Delete unnecessary files or unused applications.
Reduce screen brightness.
If the device overheats or feels hot for an extended period of time, stop using it for a while.
If the unit continues to heat up, contact your dealer.
My phone has a low battery life:
Check that you have respected the full charging time (2 hours minimum).
Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location if you don't need them.
Close apps that are running in the background.
Limit apps that use a lot of battery power.
Uninstall apps you don't use.
Update your apps.
Update your phone.
Delete unused email accounts.
Turn off keyboard sound and vibration settings and notifications.
Decrease screen brightness.
Restart your phone.
My phone is not charging properly:
Make sure charging is carried out under normal conditions (5°C, 35°C).
Make sure you are using the battery and charger provided by KAPSYS
When abroad, check that the electrical current is compatible..
My phone is not connected to a network:
Try connecting from another location.
Verify the network coverage with your telephone service provider.
Make sure the airplane mode is disabled.
Check with your telephone service provider that your SIM card is valid.
Try connecting at a later time if the network is overloaded.
Remove and re-install the SIM card.
Try with another SIM card.
Restart your phone.
SIM card error / No phone feature can be accessed:
Check if the SIM card has been correctly inserted.
Check if the chip on your SIM card is not damaged or scratched.
Try with another SIM card.
Restart your phone.
Unable to make or receive a call:
Make sure you have dialed a valid number.
