This unit can be assembled by one person, but it is highly recommended that two
people assemble this unit, as it is quite heavy for one person to handle.
Step # 1
To begin, stand the bottom shelf on it’s back edge, with the
unfinished side facing you. Take one bottom divider, and position
behind shelf with the rounded edge facing up and the edge with
two holes facing the shelf. You will attach the divider, by
inserting 2, 50 millimeter hex bolts thru shelf, and into divider.
Tighten clockwise, using the 4 millimeter Allen wrench. Using, 6,
50 millimeter hex bolts, attach 3 remaining bottom dividers to
bottom shelf in the same manner.
Step # 2
Turn unit over with unfinished side facing up. Attach toe kick boards to bottom shelf using 2,
37 millimeter Phillips head screws. Attach with one screw into the middle pilot hole in toe kick,
for now. You will install the 4 remaining screws in the last step, as this will make it easier to
attach the end panels in step # 11, if the toe kicks are loose.
Step # 3
Turn unit over and install 8 wooden dowels into dowel pilot holes on the top of the bottom
dividers. If dowels are too tight, use a hammer to lightly tap dowel into hole until snug. Place
middle shelf on top of dividers. Make sure the side with the plastic cam inserts is facing up.
Line up the dowels in the dividers into the dowel holes on the middle shelf. Once shelf is tight
against the dividers, secure shelf to dividers with 4, 50 millimeter hex bolts.
