9. Click next and Windows will update the driver.
For the CF-SM-MD model:
10. Right click on the My Computer icon, and scroll down to properties.
11. Open
Device Manager
, and scroll down to
USB controllers
12. The correct driver for this device is called
CF/SM/MD Reader
. If you see this
under USB Controllers you have the correct drivers installed.
13. If you should find a
USB Mass Storage Device
listed you will need to select the
correct driver.
14. Double click USB Mass Storage Device, and select the
Driver
tab.
15. Select
Update Driver
, and a click next.
16. Select “
search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended)
”, and click
next.
17. Make sure all of the optional search location boxes are unchecked, and click next.
18. Windows should find a driver called
usbsnx2k.inf
. This is the driver you are
looking for.
19. Click next and Windows will update the driver.
