Service Tasks: Grease Nipples

Grease

After every 9-10 operating hours, grease each of the 

13 linkage pins, using an appropriate grease (multi-

purpose pin grease). During greasing, also inspect 

for wear.

CAUTION

The frequency of re-greasing depends on 

the workload and the severity of the working 

conditions. Re-greasing during the day of 

operation may be necessary.
