13.3 Grid voltage is abnormal

Possible causes:

Protection alarm caused by low grid voltage;

Power supply lines are not in good contact or cannot meet the requirement.

Solutions:

Add voltage stabilization device;

Check power supply lines, to replace the cables by larger diameter cables or replace plug-

in devices.

Wrong parameter configuration

Possible causes:

Wrong parameter setting;

Systematic data was abnormally initialized when saving.

Solution: Re-set the data.

Over-heating

Possible causes:

Ventilation fan is damaged or ventilation tube is blocked;

Welding horn impedance is too high, which caused the extra bigger output power.

Solutions:

Replace the fan and check the ventilation tubes;

Check the welding horn by starting the ultrasonic check to see if the horn impedance is

normal.

Abnormal load

Possible causes:

The cable connected with transducer is loose or disconnected;

Transducer is wet or wrong connection on the positive pole and negative pole.

Solutions:

Check transducer and/or connection cables.
