Connection
6. Slide the plastic sleeve over the exposed threads of the probe and cover
as much threads as possible. Shrink the sleeve using hot air blower. Do
not use open flame. Plastic (shrink) sleeve mainly serves as thermal
insulation from cabin heat.

Connection
The digital thermometer in the tip of the probe is type DS18B20.
OAT
connector is standard RJ12 type, as shown on Figure 16.
