NOTICE!
• Never clean the device under running
water or in dish water.
• Do not use sharp or hard objects, abra-
sive cleaning agents or bleach during
cleaning as these can damage the
device.
Fault Possible cause Solution
The remote control does
not work. The plastic tab that isolates the battery has
not been removed before first use. Remove the plastic tab.
The battery of the remote control is empty. Replace the battery with a battery of the
same type (see chapter “Changing the bat-
tery of the remote control” on page 8).
The remote receiver is placed within a
metal enclosure or another closed-off loca-
tion and therefore the RF wireless signal is
compromised. Place the remote receiver away from any
metal enclosure or closed-off locations.
The remote control is not paired to the
remote receiver correctly. Pair the remote control to the remote
receiver (see chapter “Before first use” on
page 8).
