TROUBLESHOOTING
The controller can detect an error on the PT 100 temperature probe. If this happens the signal is
displayed with the Led diode next to " ! "
12.1 Over temperature shut-off
Microprocessor controller has a special safety system which turns heaters off if temperature rises
for more than 5 °C above set temperature.
In case of an error on this system, a mechanical over temperature shut-off device will disable
heating.
If this happens the cause of overheating must be found and the over temperature shut-off device
must be manually reset.
The over temperature shut-off device is located behind the rear plate of the lower housing and is
manually reset by pressing the spring next to the thermostat setting shaft (See picture).
All errors are also displayed in writing on controller display!
